Favorite Travel Memory:

After my (Disney-loving) father-in-law was diagnosed with cancer in 2018, we knew he needed a little Pixie Dust and convinced him and my mother-in-law to join us on our 2019 family Walt Disney World trip. His favorite ride was Soarin' and he LOVED fireworks. While we all cherished the whole trip, my favorite two memories are from our first moments there as well as our last. Our first attraction was Soarin'; the seven of us smiled and held hands across the row while we took a deep breath and flew over the world. On our last night there, we ended our dinner at Narcoossee's with a view of Happily Ever After from the restaurant's veranda, again holding hands and this time crying. It was the last time we visited Disney with him. Those memories will stay with me forever.

Favorite Travel Tip:

PRACTICAL TIP: Do your homework! Whether it’s a family vacation to Disneyland or a solo trip to Timbuctoo, I implore travelers to do a little research, not only before heading out on the actual journey, but before booking it as well. Even if you work with a Travel Advisor, you’ll want to know the right questions to ask, and you should care about your own trip just as much as they do. There’s nothing worse than spending thousands of dollars on a vacation, only to get there and realize, “Uh oh—I am clueless! (I should’ve listened to my Travel Advisor!)” Doing a little homework on the front end will result in a stress-free experience in destination.

FUN TIP: Edit all your trip photos on the plane (or car) ride home. You’ve just finished the most amazing vacation of your dreams and have 1001 photos on your phone. If you’re stuck in the air or on the road for 5 hours with nothing to do, go through your handiwork and edit everything! You don’t need 14 pictures of the same tuna tartare, and your Aunt Bertie is off-center in every Castle shot. It’s harder to find the time to do this editing when you’re home—just do it on the way back and you can post or print right away upon return.

Dream Vacation:

Egypt (hopefully someday!)

Disney Travel Advice:

For Walt Disney World: Don’t skip a park, especially on your first visit! I get so dispirited when I hear people say, “I don’t need to see Animal Kingdom, it just looks like a big zoo” or “We’ll pass on EPCOT, I don’t think there’s anything there for kids.” This way of thinking couldn’t be further from the truth, and by skipping one or two parks, you’re really missing out on a trove of magic and adventure. Each park is so different from one another, and they ALL have something to offer.

Why should you book your vacation with me?

Just like with any service provider, not all Travel Advisors are created equal. Whether you’re choosing a Hair Stylist, a Realtor, or a Doctor, you’re putting an aspect of your life into another person’s hands; you should want someone with vast knowledge, tons of experience, and a friendly & helpful disposition. The same goes for finding the right Travel Professional with whom to work.

Specializing in Disney Destinations and Travel allows me to share with others some of my life’s greatest passions: planning, traveling, helping people, curating happiness, and of course, Disney itself. I am currently an Annual Passholder & Disney Vacation Club Member, and I typically go to Walt Disney World/Orlando 6-12 times each year; I have also visited Disneyland in CA, Disney’s Aulani Resort in Hawaii, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and have sailed with Disney Cruise Line and taken a National Geographic trip abroad with my family. I also happen to be a Moderator for the largest Disney Facebook group, with over 2.3 million followers, and an Admin of my own boutique Deluxe & Luxury group. (I guess you can say, I eat, sleep and breathe Disney, lol.) My clients feel and appreciate both my joy and my knowledge; their trips and entire experiences benefit from the whole package I am able to offer.
