By entering this contest, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Genie Travel Co., independent travel agents (including but not limited to those affiliated with any host or agency), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this contest are not eligible to participate or win.

2. No Purchase Necessary

Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The contest is completely free to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their name and a valid email address through the entry form provided on the Genie Travel Co. website. Limit one entry per person using this method. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified. By submitting an email address, participants consent to receive occasional email communications related to this giveaway or future promotional offers from Genie Travel Co. and participating sponsors.

Bonus Entry: Participants may also submit a valid phone number at the time of entry to receive one (1) additional bonus entry into the contest. Providing a phone number is optional but will increase your chances of winning. By submitting a phone number, participants consent to receive occasional text or phone communications related to this giveaway or future promotional offers from Genie Travel Co. and participating sponsors. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

4. Contest Period

The contest begins on August 10th and ends at 11:59 PM EST on August 31st. All entries must be received by the closing date and time. Winner will be announced on September 2nd.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• A 5-night stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs® Area

• Four (4) 4-Day Park Hopper® tickets to Walt Disney World® Resort (one per person)

• Roundtrip ground transportation from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to the Drury Plaza Hotel

Approximate Retail Value: $5,000.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

Important Ticket Details:

• Park tickets must be requested from Genie Travel Co. at least 14 days prior to use

• Tickets must be linked to the winner’s My Disney Experience account within 30 days of notification

• Tickets must be used by January 31, 2026

• Travel party names and park tickets cannot be modified once submitted.

• Theme park reservations are currently required and are the responsibility of the winner to secure through their My Disney Experience account. Availability is not guaranteed.

• Blockout dates apply and tickets may not be valid during certain high-demand periods, holidays, or special events.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the contest ends. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the entry form and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within that timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.

The winner may be required to sign and return a Liability Release form within 14 days of notification or the prize may be forfeited. An alternate winner will be selected using the same procedure. The winner’s travel companion will also be required to sign a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel.

Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, you agree to allow Genie Travel Co. to use your name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

By entering this contest, participants consent to receive promotional communications from Genie Travel Co. and all official sponsors of this giveaway. Email addresses will be shared with participating sponsors. Your information will not be sold outside of those partner sponsors. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

9. Liability Release

By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and decisions made by the Sponsors

• Release, discharge, and hold harmless Genie Travel Co. and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, member agencies, and parent companies from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or actions of any kind—including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death—arising from participation in the contest, acceptance or use of the prize, or travel related to the prize by the winner or their guests

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Genie Travel Co., not Facebook.

11. General Conditions

Genie Travel Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Genie Travel Co., which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
